If you made a purchase on this website and are not completely satisfied. you are able to submit a request for return. Please read return guidelines below before submitting your request.

    • Returns must be received within 30 days of purchase date for a refund, less shipping.
    • Must be in new, unused condition in original packaging. Opened packages are inspected under the strictest of standards for the protection of our customers. Returns NOT passing the restocking inspection (smoke, hair, stains, dirt, usage, laundering, orange bleach spots, etc) will not be refunded. For this reason, please be sure to inspect your item for any damage prior to laundering or use. If an item is damaged due to a factor outside of a manufacturer defect and it has been laundered or used, it will not be refunded.
    • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
    • FINAL SALES are non-refundable.

 

SUBMIT YOUR RMA REQUEST

 

Once we receive your request and if approved, you will receive an email with an RMA # and return instructions within 3 business days. The RMA # must be written on the outside of the package in order to be received into our system. After your return has been received, please allow up to 3-5 business days for inspection and refund.
