Estimated shipping and delivery times
Estimated shipping times are located on each product page. Please note that these are only estimated shipping times and are subject to availability of products and/or manufacturer's availability. If a product you have ordered is out of stock or on backorder, we will contact you with a new shipment date. At that time, you can decide to keep the order as is, cancel the item, or cancel the entire order. We will do our best to keep you updated on issues that arise due to any back up in production. If there is a problem, we will alert you as soon as we are made aware that a problem exists.
We want you to be happy with your purchase! We will accept your return (most bedding companies DO NOT) because we want every customer to have a good shopping experience.
- You can return your items within 30 days of receiving the order for a refund less shipping charges.
- Must be in new condition with original packaging.
- All returns must meet health code requirements and/or restocking requirements.
- All opened returns are inspected under the strictest of standards for the protection of our customers.
- Returns NOT passing the restocking inspection (smoke, hair, stains, dirt, usage, laundering, orange bleach spots, etc.) will not be refunded.
- Exchanges (ordering wrong size, color, etc.) will incur additional shipping fees that are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact us before purchasing with any product or sizing questions.
- The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs.
- Shipping fees & final sales are non-refundable.
Damages: Sometimes damages occur during the shipping process even though we do our best to deliver your item in perfect condition. All damage claims must be received within 48 hours of receiving the item. Please save all packaging and email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to file a claim. We will arrange replacement or return of the item.
Before you return an item, please email us at email@example.com with a copy of the emailed invoice that was sent to you at the time of purchase.

Color note: Because every computer monitor displays color differently, we cannot be responsible for variations between the actual product color and how it is displayed on your screen. Descriptions of merchandise, including colors or shades and other features are provided by Gotcha Covered and assumes no liability whatsoever for the description, for variance, including in colors or textures, minor imperfections, and/or for a product not meeting with customer satisfaction, absent a manufacturer-verified defect.
Credit Cards: In the event of a disputed credit card charge, which is ultimately found to have been legitimate or which otherwise finds, in whole or in part, in favor of Gotcha Covered, the customer shall be responsible for all attorneys' fees and costs borne by Gotcha Covered. The terms of any purchase from or dispute with Gotcha Covered shall be governed by California law, and any litigation arising out of such dispute shall be brought in the State of California, County of Los Angeles, in the district governing the City of Burbank.
